Breaking Barriers, Restoring Lives

Created by EVENforONE, BridgeONE is a secure, trauma-informed platform connecting survivors of trafficking with trusted after-care resources quickly, safely, and without retraumatization.

Why BridgeONE Exists

Leaving trafficking is only the first step. Survivors often face barriers that make accessing aftercare overwhelming and retraumatizing:

  1. Leaving isn’t the end. It’s the beginning.
Survivors often face instability, limited income, and uncertainty about what comes next.

  2. Navigating complex systems alone.
Aftercare is a maze of forms, waitlists, and agencies that rarely communicate, forcing survivors to retell their story, causing retraumatization.

  3. Limited access to trauma-informed care.
Many programs aren’t equipped to handle the complex trauma that comes from trafficking, leaving survivors misunderstood,  or retraumatized, or left with no resources at all.

  4. Loss of control and trust.
Survivors need self-agency in their healing, but rigid systems often take that away.

  5. Isolation and disconnection.
Stigma, fear, and broken trust make rebuilding relationships incredibly difficult.

  6. Gaps in long-term support.
Most programs focus on immediate safety, not long-term healing or stability.

  7. Emotional exhaustion.
Constantly navigating systems not built for them can leave survivors feeling hopeless and drained.

BridgeONE changes that.
By reducing barriers and restoring self-agency, it transforms aftercare from a confusing, retraumatizing maze into a survivor-led pathway to healing.
